Orchestra for Two Caves

Orchestra for Two Caves is a performance of slowly calling the names of the previous stations in a moving train, imagining my throat and the subway tunnel as two caves resonating with each other and all the heterogeneous sounds around them.  The subway line number 2 of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway, which was the site of this performance, forms a circular loop known to be the most heavily used subway line in Seoul, South Korea. A 2-channel video installation was made based on this performance with two cone shaped hanging structures. Dimensions variable. 2010
